The Client is a (mid-size) $300M and growing General Contractor that delivers the best construction services available with an outstanding reputation. They are looking for a Project Manager with a steady General Contractor History who has worked on a mix of commercial project but primarily Hospital and healthcare projects.

Position
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years construction experience. This individual should be capable of running larger projects $10 - $40M, familiar with new construction, renovation and restoration work. Applicant must be highly motivated and computer literate. You must be able to communicate on all levels working with the Superintendents, Executives and especially higher end Clients. Must possess leadership skills; be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.

Primary Project Profile (Projects - $10 - $60 Million)
Healthcare/Hospitals

Must have a steady work history and worked for Commercial General Contractors.
